Corcoran Jennison Hospitality was formed in 1985 to open and operate Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club

CJH opened the 268-room Doubletree Hotel Boston Downtown in July, 2000. With a nod to its Chinatown
and Theatre District location, this full-service hotel just across from the New England Medical Center was
designed with the concepts of feng shui incorporated throughout the hotel. The newly renovated Doubletree
Hotel Downtown Boston features Wisteria Restaurant for formal dining and Starbucks.
The Doubletree Hotel Boston-Bayside is easily accessible from Logan Airport and downtown Boston, a
short walk from the Red Line subway stop to all points in Boston and featuring Au bon Café open morning
through evening. The Doubletree Bayside is located near UMASS Boston, the John F. Kennedy Library and
Museum and South Boston’s Carson Beach.The Doubletree Boston Bayside will serve as the anchor hotel
for the Bayside Redevelopment project, a new mixed-use project featuring a combination of residential,
commercial and retail tenants.
The hip and chic Hampton Inn & Suites is Boston’s only Hampton Hotel, located across from Boston Medical
Center and close to Longwood Medical Area. The Hampton offers wireless internet, complimentary breakfast,
indoor dipping pool and fitness center. The Hampton Inn provides free shuttle service to all points in Boston,
including the Longwood Medical Area, the Back Bay and Downtown Boston.
