
Park Square West, Stamford, CT
Park Square West, in the heart of Stamford's historic district,
is a $100 million development being developed by CJ. It will include
over 400 units of housing and 20% of the units will be affordable.
CJ's proposal was seleected by the Stamford Urban Redevelopment
Commission through a request for proposal process for its superior
design and the company's experience redeveloping urban neighborhoods.
Construction is complete on Phase I of the project that includes
143 residential units, 20% of which are affordable. Kinkos and
Southport Brewery occupy the commercial space.

Crosstown Center Phase II, Boston, MA
As the completion of Phase ll nears, the $150 million Crosstown Center is fast becoming a vibrant urban center. Phase ll includes 206,000 square feet of office, retail and parking for Boston University Medical Center and Brigham and Women's Hospital. This is in addition to Phase I, which included a 175-room Hampton Inn and Suites. Once completed the project will have 2 parking garages with a total of 1250 spaces and 30,000 square feet of retail.
Crosstown Center is being developed my a minority led partnership that includes Crosstown Center, LLC; Corcoran Jennison and Boston developers Kirk Sykes and Tom Welch. Crosstown is an Enterprise Zone Venture between Crosstown Center, LLC and the City of Boston.

The Peninsula at Columbia Point,
Boston, MA
The Peninsula is a 335-unit waterside apartment community near the John F. Kennedy Library and UMass Boston. Phase I is 204 units, including 22 affordable units.
Phase II of The Peninsula is currently under construction and includes 132 apartment units.
The Peninsula features studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments with internet access, a fitness center and swimming pool.
Parking is available on site. The Peninsula is located on the MBTA bus route and is walking distance to the JFK/UMASS subway and commuter
rail stops, just a five minute train ride to downtown Boston.
The Peninsula is located on the Boston Harbor Walk, a 32-mile landscaped bike and jog path that runs along Boston’s
waterfront and is a haven for walking, running and biking.
