Bentley College Residence Halls, Waltham, MA

CorJen is currently building Fenway Suites, a $15 million new residence hall. Fenway Suites is a five-story, block and plank structure with a brick façade. Beginning in the Fall 2004 semester, the new dormitory will provide 286 beds in 67 suites for students living on campus.

CorJen has also completed two other dormitories at Bentley. Those dormitories are Copley North, a 57,000 square foot building and Copley South, a 44,000 square foot building. Included in all dormitories are study halls, common rooms, laundry facilities and game rooms.



Southwood Square, Stamford, CT

Southwood Square is a new, 330-unit mixed-income community in Stamford, CT. The construction of this 25-acre project is divided into three phases.

Phase I and Phase II are now complete, a total 259 units, a combination of garden style apartments and townhomes. Also included in these phases was the renovation of a community center, a new tennis court, swimming pool, and fitness facility.

CorJen is now underway with Phase III, a total of 56 townhomes.




Crosstown Center, Boston, MA

Crosstown Center is located at 811 Massachusetts Avenue, across from Boston Medical Center and near Longwood Medical Area. Phase I includes a 10-story, 175-room Hampton Inn & Suites hotel featuring a rooftop pool and fitness center. Also included in Phase I, a 650-space garage. Phase II will include a 282,000 square foot office building, 33,000 square feet of retail, and parking garage for 600 cars.
