CorJen Construction has built a reputation for quality construction and has completed projects in academic, institutional, commercial, hospitality, and residential markets. Take a look at some of our past and present projects.

William H. Lincoln School, Brookline, MA

This elementary school was designed by Graham Gund Associates. The structure is steel framed with a brick exterior. The Lincoln School project was a joint winner of the 1999 Harleston Parker Award, presented by the Boston Society of Architects.

Clubhouse and Golf Course, GlenArbor Golf Club, Bedford Hills, NY

CorJen built The GlenArbor Clubhouse in this upscale golf community, a 27,000 square foot structural steel building with a wood framed roof. The Clubhouse features two dining rooms, a bar, locker rooms, and corporate-style conference rooms.

In addition to the clubhouse, CorJen constructed a new maintenance facility, teaching facility, temporary clubhouse, and support buildings including a caddy shack, halfway house, comfort stations, pumping stations, rain shelters and a water treatment plant.

The New Artist’s Residence Hall, Massachusetts College of Art, Boston, MA

This nine-story, 125,800 square foot structural steel framed building is located on a tight urban site and houses suites accommodating 310 students. The building is concrete on structural steel and decking, the outer façade is brick masonry and punch windows. The building provides a unique environment that addresses creative and academic needs of art and design students including double-story studio spaces, spray shop, exhibition gallery, and critique/seminar rooms.

Best Western Roundhouse Hotel, Boston, MA

The Best Western Roundhouse Hotel is a historic structure that dates back to 1842. This unique building includes 53,000 square feet renovated into a 92-suite hotel. The project included demolition and removal of three existing floors. To protect the original brick exterior, a temporary bracing ring was used for support until six new floors of cast in-place concrete were installed. Existing openings in the exterior brick façade were filled, and 144 new window openings were cut and toothed into the 16-inch thick walls.
